2 Tier Cake Workshop

About the Course

Date: 4 November, Wednesday | 15 November, Sunday 

Time: 2pm to 5pm 

Duration: 3 hours

Cost: $240 / pax

Class Type: Full Hands-on Practical Class

Minimum of 5 to start a class

Not to worry, you do not need to have any experience to do this. Everything you need to know will be taught during the workshop!

By attending this course, you will learn the following:

  • How to bake cake sponges
  • How to cook swiss meringue buttercream
  • How to slice and frost cake layers
  • Cake frosting techniques with straight sides and crisp edges
  • How to stack a 2 tier cake 
  • Decorating cake with fresh florals

  • 2 Tier Cake, 4"+6" 

Students are encouraged to come 15 mins before class commence.
