Unfortunately, we only accept preorders for now. 

For all pick-up and delivery orders, you will be directed to our checkout and payment page. An order confirmation will be sent to you once payment has been made. Our delivery drivers do not accept cash upon delivery.

For fresh cream cakes, it is best to consume them straight out of the fridge. They can be stored in room temperature for 2 hours, otherwise best kept refrigerated.

As for buttercream cakes, do thaw an hour from the fridge before consuming. If the cake arrives for display, do cut the cake within an hour upon arrival and serve. 

Yes! For your convenience, we offer free delivery service from 11:00am to 1pm, 2 to 4pm or 4pm to 6pm only. Requests for exact timing will require a charge of $20. 

• We do not offer delivery services to Shopping malls
• A charge of $20 will be required for CBD area, Sentosa,Loyang, Tuas, Town, Jurong, Chua Cho Kang, Bukit Batok, Loyang,  Restaurants and Hotels.
• Our drivers deliver island-wide and are given the autonomy to plan the most efficient delivery routes based on the daily schedule, in order to fulfil all deliveries within the 2 hours delivery window.
• Kindly remain contactable at all times as drivers may be required to contact you in cases of delivery difficulties (ie. Intercom not working, incorrect address provided, no one answering the door)

 For orders delivered to another recipient, kindly inform them of the delivery and advise them to remain contactable for a smooth delivery.

 Changes to Delivery Date, Addresses and others, kindly email us at pinkmaisonsg@gmail.com (minimum 2 days before delivery date) . Inform either by IG message or whatsapp to 96877153.
