By ordering from Pink Maison online, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

OUR PRICES

  • Prices are stated as on the website, any promotion or offers are valid within the stated period. We do not charge GST or Service Fee.

 

CAKE ORDERING
  • Pink Maison requires 3 days’ notice for all cakes while customised cakes would require at least a 7 days’ notice period. All cakes are subjected to our availability. Order payments are required to be made in full, and we accept Credit Cards and paylah/PayNow. Payment made via credit card merchants are secured and encrypted.

 

CANCELLATION
  • Once order is placed, cancellation is not allowed. However, we do offer refunds in the form of credits. Any changes in order, please contact us with your order ID at least 7 days before the event. Fulfillment to any changes are subjected to Pink Maison's availability.
  • Promotion or sale items is only valid with the stated terms and conditions. 

 

DELIVERY / SELF COLLECTION

     

    1. Delivery charges are at a flat rate of $20.
    2. An additional $5 is chargeable for delivery to Sentosa Island, CBD, Jurong, and Orchard area.
    3. Delivery is subjected to availability. For self collection, our bakery is located at 183 Jalan Pelikat, The Promenade@ Pelikat #B1-50, Singapore 537643.
    4. Customers are encouraged to arrive within the selected time frame for cake collection as it may affect other schedules. If you are not able to collect your orders within the selected time frame, please do call/whatsapp us at +6581802519 to inform us, so we can make the necessary arrangement.
    5. Once the cake has been collected or received from our driver, we will not bear any responsibility to any damage to the cake thereafter.
    6. Please allow a 30 minute buffer time in case of traffic conditions. Please provide an accurate address and contact number of the recipient. In the event where the driver arrives at a location and is not able to deliver the product due to a no-show occurrence, our delivery driver will then return the product to Pink Maison. Arrangement for re-delivery will incur an additional $20 delivery fee and is subjected to slot availability. Customers can opt for self collection prior to our operating time.
    7. We do not provide refunds once our product has been delivered.
