Do I need to order my cakes in advance?

Yes! We currently only take in preorders. 


Can I phone to reserve an order for same day pick-up?

Unfortunately, we only accept preorders for now. 

Do I need to pre-pay?

For all pick-up and delivery orders, you will be directed to our checkout and payment page. An order confirmation will be sent to you once payment has been made. Our delivery drivers do not accept cash upon delivery.

How do I store my cakes?

For fresh cream cakes, it is best to consume them straight out of the fridge. They can be stored in room temperature for 2 hours, otherwise best kept refrigerated.

As for buttercream cakes, do thaw an hour before consuming.


Do you provide delivery service?

Yes! For your convenience, we offer free delivery service from 11:30am to 2:30pm or 3pm to 6pm only. Requests for preferred timing will require a charge of $10. 

  • We do not offer delivery services to Shopping malls
  • A charge of $20 will be required for CBD area, Sentosa,Loyang, Tuas, Town, Jurong West, Restaurants and Hotels.
  • Our drivers deliver island-wide and are given the autonomy to plan the most efficient delivery routes based on the daily schedule, in order to fulfil all deliveries within the delivery window. As such, we are not able to provide an estimate delivery time for orders with free delivery. 
Kindly remain contactable at all times as drivers may be required to contact you in cases of delivery difficulties (ie. Intercom not working, incorrect address provided, no one answering the door)


For orders delivered to another recipient, kindly inform them of the delivery and advise them to remain contactable for a smooth delivery.

Delivery Lapses

Drivers are doing back-to-back deliveries and are responsible for completing all deliveries within the given delivery window. To prevent delivery delays, a grace period of up to 10 minutes is allocated for each order in the event that driver is unable fulfil the delivery due to delivery difficulties. The driver will wait and contact you during the 10-minute period.

After 10 minutes of no response, the delivery will be considered to have failed and the driver will proceed with the rest of the deliveries. Kindly note that the driver will not return for a 2nd delivery on the same day.

To reschedule a 2nd delivery, there will be an additional $20 charge. These charges are to account for delivery fees and preparation for a fresh batch of cake.


Is Pink Maison Bakery Halal?

We are not a halal certified bakery. However, we do not use any pork, gelatin, lard, in our cakes.

We do incorporate alcohol into some of our cake flavours. If you wish to omit them in your cakes, do let us know upon checkout or you can contact us directly via email at pinkmaisonsg@gmail.com, or whatsapp/call us at 81802519.

Does Pink Maison Bakery have any nut-free/ dairy-free options?

We use a variety of premium ingredients in our cakes and icings, including milk, cream, butter, eggs, sugar and flour. Our cakes do not contain any preservatives or trans fats in either the cake or icing. All our cakes contain dairy and we do not have a dairy-free selection at the moment. However, we do have nut-free options for nut-allergy cake lovers!

Can orders be cancelled once confirmed?

All refunds are made in the form of credits and is not applicable for delivery orders. Credits are only valid for a year from date of purchase. Cancellation of orders can only be done within (24) hours after payment.
