All refunds are made in the form of credits and is not applicable for delivery orders.
Once the cake has been collected or received from our driver, we will not bear any responsibility to any damage of the cake thereafter.
No refund will be provided if the cake order is not collected by a customer,
Pink Maison does our utmost best to ensure that all cakes are properly packed and ready for delivery. Any damages to cakes substain from customer’ss own transportation, Pink Maison will not be liable for compensation. Upon receiving the cakes, do check before leaving the premises and take note to handle the cake with care. Drivers, please place the purchased cake or pastries on flat surface while transporting.
